Digital Press Operator Wage: $17.00 - $21.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Responsibilities Operate and maintain digital presses to produce print jobs according to specifications Review job tickets and verify materials, file accuracy, and finishing requirements before production Set up press for proper color, registration, and paper alignment Monitor press runs to maintain consistent quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform routine press maintenance and request service as needed Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate records of press operations, including run counts, downtime, and maintenance Ensure compliance with production schedules and deadlines Inspect finished work for accuracy, color quality, and overall appearance Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Requirements Proficiency with digital presses (e.g., HP Indigo, Canon, Xerox, or similar) Knowledge of color management, RIP software, and file preparation Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret job tickets and technical specifications High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an extended period We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
