Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland‑3 and other standardized tools. Provide ABA services in home and community settings. Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision‑making. Coach and model evidence‑based behavioral strategies for caregivers and Behavior Technicians. Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity. Deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments. Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies. Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as needed. Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and continuous learning. In some regions, mentor or supervise clinicians working toward BCBA certification. Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing. Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff.
