Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is an excellent opportunity to support students’ communication and language development throughout the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll work onsite with children aged 4 through 8th grade, with a primary focus on 5th-8th graders. Your expertise will empower students to reach their potential in a collaborative and dynamic school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus, though job is onsite only at this time

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students aged 4-14, with the bulk of caseload in grades 5-8
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and therapeutic needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Monitor and report student progress in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
