Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you bring:
- Minnesota Department of Education SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP credential, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if applicable
- Experience in or passion for the school-based setting
- Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds
What you’ll do:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students ages early childhood through high school
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services within the school day
- Collaborate with teaching staff, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate and empower families and fellow professionals on best practices in communication support
