We're looking for a Shipping & Care Coordinator who shares that same attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way - even in the small moments. This is an essential role in how people first experience Farmwell. From carefully picking and packing each order to hand-writing thank-you cards, this role helps ensure every package that leaves the shelf feels personal, thoughtful, and memorable.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Prepare and ship orders three days per week (for example, Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs/Sat - flexible timing)
• Manage incoming orders through multiple computer systems and ensure accuracy from shelf to shipment
• Help loading trucks, organizing, and setting up pallets for order pickup
• Pack and label products for retail and online customers, adding stickers or custom notes as needed
• Keep the workspace organized, track inventory, and communicate when supplies or products need to be restocked
• Represent Farmwell's care and quality with every package that goes out the door
• Drop off completed orders at the post office after each shipping day

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple online systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Proficiency with an electric lift
• Proficiency with an electric hand jack
• Strong attention to detail and care in presentation
• Reliable and organized
• A kind, proactive communicator
