Job SummaryResponsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. May perform other general warehouse functions in support of operational requirements. Performs work under general supervision and handles moderately complex issues and problems.Job DescriptionShift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pmKey Accountabilities:Accurately remove and stock product, customer’s product, and various supplies according to inventory planAccurately select product to fill customer orders and package them properlyLoad and unload trucks and verify that correct items are loaded and unloadedPicking, processing and packing orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach sawCycle CountsIdentify, hold and segregate defective materialComplete paperwork per work instructions, when requiredPerform general clean upInspect forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnelParticipate, support and comply with all health, safety, ISO and 6S Initiatives and requirementsAssist in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team leadTrain others when requiredThis is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machineryMeets TKMNA Employee Attributes / CompetenciesThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
