We are seeking an Electrical Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Order Entry
Customer Service
Provide order status for customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Confirming customer pricing on all new purchase orders
Submit Quotes for customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
