General Purpose:

Spicer Bros. is looking for team members to join us at various marketing events. We participate as vendors in different events as well as other non-traditional marketing efforts throughout the Eastern Shore.

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills seeking a flexible part-time position. You will work alongside other members of our team to represent Spicer Bros at events. Hours will primarily involve weekends, however some events may be during weekdays or evenings.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist with set up, execution, and break down of event booth/space.

-Build relationships with the community and potential customers by attending various vendor events, home shows, fairs, etc.

-Promote our brand and services (Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors, Decks, Gutters, Gutter Helmet®, Bathroom Remodels, etc.)

-Generate leads with the ultimate goal of scheduling consultation appointments.

-Handle customer inquiries during face-to-face conversation.

-Attend periodic training sessions with entire team to learn about our company/services, as well as learning scripts in order to facilitate appropriate and successful interactions with potential customers.

-Work with our Events Coordinator to decide your hours/what events you are available to work.

-Work alongside other members of our Events Team.

-Bonuses available based on job performance.

-Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality.

-Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time

-Access to reliable transportation. This job requires travel to various community events.
