At Oliver Inc., we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a detail-oriented, driven Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role partners closely with our Regional Controller and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth day-to-day accounting operations. What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior Staff Accountant: Manage customer billing, cash applications, and account reconciliations Support monthly close, including journal entries and financial statement preparation Monitor accounts receivable and help maintain healthy cash flow Assist with audits and reporting requirements Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and drive efficiency Provide backup support for AP and other administrative functions as needed What We’re Looking for in a Senior Staff Accountant: 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is required) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools A proactive, team-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills Why Join Oliver Inc.?
