Property Manager

Career area: Real Estate Location: 7200 Northeast 41st Street, Vancouver, WA 98662, United States Responsibilities Team Management – As the operational point of contact, oversee a team that may include a leasing agent, a maintenance coordinator, a maintenance technician, and more. Ensure work is completed and team morale is optimized. Educate & Advise Clients – Educate property owners on property performance, help them make decisions on rent pricing, expense management, and more. Hands‑On – Step in to conduct showings, process applications, and manage maintenance when the team is unavailable. Property Performance – Maintain key performance indicators such as property occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, maintenance management, and property marketing. Qualities & Experience View every interaction as an opportunity to improve and build relationships. Strong customer service skills and ability to perform under pressure. Patience to answer questions and thoroughly educate clients. Diligent note‑taking and adherence to processes. Ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize workload as circumstances change. Love seeing projects succeed. Prior experience leading teams and in maintenance is preferred. Job Requirements Working knowledge of various computer software. Prior experience in a customer‑facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
