Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain).
• CPR and BLS certification preferred.

Required Responsibilities:

Each day involves evaluating patients, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering therapy at the bedside or rehab unit to support recovery and mobility. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to provide coordinated, comprehensive care across various hospital units. Your responsibilities include tracking progress through electronic medical records, educating patients and families on mobility techniques, and assisting with discharge planning to ensure a safe and smooth transition from hospital to home.
