This role involves 8a-4p shifts with evening and weekend call, performing a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic vascular interventions, image-guided biopsies, drainages, pain management procedures, and specialized embolizations. Responsibilities and Duties Diagnostic vascular intervention Angiography – venous and arterial Therapeutic vascular intervention Angioplasty – venous and arterial Stenting (venous and arterial) Thrombolytic therapy Embolization therapy Interventional (body, non-neuro) Vascular access devices/PICCS Central lines Port a cath insertions IVC Filters TIPS Aspiration/drainage procedures Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above and Below diaphragm, and Bone) Extractions (Biliary and Renal) Abscess drainage Thoracentesis Paracentesis Myelography Pain management procedures Perc. Average callback is 2.5 hours on weekdays and 1.3 hours on weekends.
