You will be responsible for architecting and designing intuitive human-AI interaction patterns and developing seamless AI-assisted workflows that improve user efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-native digital experiences, playing a pivotal part in our agile, AI-integrated development process to ensure our solutions meet both business objectives and the evolving needs of our users.ResponsibilitiesAI-Native Experience Design: Architect and design innovative AI-powered experiences, focusing on prompt-based interfaces and proactive AI assistive workflows.Ethical Design Stewardship: Integrate ethical AI design principles, ensuring visibility, bias mitigation, and user agency in automated systems.Comprehensive Prototyping: Build wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that articulate evolving interaction patterns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to align on project goals and participate in critique sessions to refine design concepts.Iterative Development: Rapidly iterate on designs based on customer feedback, concept testing, and usability metrics to optimize satisfaction and performance.Accessibility and Standards: Ensure all designs meet the highest accessibility and usability standards.Continuous Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement and maintain a commitment to sharing expertise in design trends with the team.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent work experience.7 years of professional experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.Demonstrated experience with the full UX design process, including information architecture, user flows, and wireframing.Proficiency in the latest industry-standard design tools.Experience creating high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.Preferred QualificationsStrong portfolio showcasing design projects, wireframes, and workflows.Ability to effectively handle multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence teams to adopt UX solutions.Adaptability to align design concepts with time and feasibility constraints.Strong problem-solving proficiency and a solid understanding of visual design principles.Why Cisco?
