Training: 3 weeks in length. Monday-Friday

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm, (8-Hour Shift) able to select 3 preferred schedules, but not guaranteed

Location: Bloomington, MN. Can transistion to hybrid remote after 90 days based on performance, attendance, etc. 3 days remote, 2 onsite.

Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center) – Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from healthcare providers and members, assisting with questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility .

This is a high-volume call center environment, ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Document interactions and updates using internal systems
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow and advance
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
