What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technicians and sales associates
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and more - hands-on tech every day
• Drive store performance, exceed sales goals, and celebrate wins
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
• Keep operations running smoothly - manage inventory, workflow, and team scheduling
• Crush KPIs and earn uncapped bonuses for top performance

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience in phone/computer repair (hardware and software)
• 1+ year of leadership experience - retail leadership is a big plus
• Strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A love for tech and a passion for helping people
• Drive to lead by example and create a fun, productive workplace
