About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Operations to lead day-to-day pipeline and facility construction operations in a fast-paced energy and infrastructure environment. This position offers the opportunity to oversee critical construction projects, build strong client relationships, and play a key leadership role in the continued growth of the organization. The successful candidate will have a clear path toward a future Vice President-level role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations for pipeline and facility construction projects.
• Coordinate project execution with supervisors, field personnel, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain adherence to project plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Meet with clients and foster strong working relationships to support successful project outcomes.
• Support equipment setup, operational planning, and field execution activities.
• Monitor work areas to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with project leads and crews to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations, construction projects, or field teams within pipeline, facility construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment.
• Previous experience in pipeline or facility construction is preferred, but candidates with related energy or infrastructure experience will also be considered.
• Formal education is not required; practical experience and leadership capabilities are highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 - $190,000
• Company truck or truck allowance provided.
• Fuel card included.
