What You\'ll Do As Community Outreach Manager, you will serve as a key connection between Superior Van & Mobility and the healthcare providers, rehabilitation professionals, advocacy organizations, community groups, businesses, and families we serve. This position will perform work in the ALABAMA/FLORIDA/LOUISIANA region. Build Meaningful Community Relationships Represent Superior Van & Mobility throughout the community and serve as a knowledgeable, trusted resource. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, rehabilitation centers, community organizations, referral partners, local businesses, and industry advocates. Conduct presentations, in-service programs, and "lunch and learns" to educate professionals and community partners about mobility solutions and available resources. Develop partnerships that increase awareness of Superior Van & Mobility and help connect individuals and families with the services they need. Look for new and creative ways for Superior Van & Mobility to support and engage the communities we serve. Bring Our Mission Into the Community Plan and participate in community events, sponsorships, workshops, outreach programs, and other local initiatives. Coordinate event logistics and staffing throughout assigned markets. Maintain an organized marketing and outreach calendar and communicate upcoming activities with local General Managers and company leadership. Evaluate event participation and outreach results to determine where our efforts can have the greatest impact. Participate in weekly sales and marketing calls to coordinate initiatives and share opportunities. Develop & Execute Local Outreach Strategies Develop local marketing and community outreach plans that support company goals. Manage assigned marketing budgets responsibly and effectively. Track outreach activities, leads, referrals, and follow-up efforts through the company's CRM system. Partner closely with General Managers, Sales Consultants, and Marketing leadership to maintain consistent messaging and effective market coverage. Support referral programs, retention initiatives, and campaigns designed to connect more people with Superior's products and services. Be an Advocate for Mobility & Independence Become knowledgeable about mobility vehicles, adaptive equipment, accessories, and new products so you can confidently educate community partners and customers. Obtain and maintain NMEDA CAMS certification. Collaborate with manufacturer marketing teams when appropriate to share customer stories, highlight mobility solutions, and increase awareness QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, compassionate, and comfortable building relationships with people from many different backgrounds. You should be equally comfortable speaking to a room of healthcare professionals, coordinating a community event, meeting one-on-one with a referral partner, or collaborating with our internal teams. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in community outreach, marketing, event planning, grassroots engagement, business development, or a related area preferred. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, budgeting, and project-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines. Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking tools preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. Valid driver's license and positive driving history. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, with occasional evening, weekend, and overnight commitments. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
