We are seeking caring, dependable, and patient individuals to assist teachers and students in classrooms across southwest Kansas! In this role, you'll work alongside classroom teachers to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and instruction.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs.
• Assist with classroom organization and preparation of instructional materials.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment.
• Follow all school policies and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or college coursework preferred (if applicable).
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

• Special education or behavioral support
• Childcare or daycare
• Youth programs
• Tutoring or mentoring
• Healthcare or direct support experience
