Supervisor of Respiratory Services will report to the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services with robust support from experienced lead therapists, clinical educators, and a collaborative operations team. The Supervisor of Respiratory Services will oversee staffing, preceptorships, competency validation, bronchodilator and ventilator weaning protocols, ABG lab oversight, equipment readiness, and regulatory compliance, while rounding alongside friendly nurses, hospitalists, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists, emergency and ICU nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, and case managers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered Respiratory Care.
