Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join their team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will be part of the HR department supporting the overall organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Human Resources Representative Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: $25.88 an hour Shift: Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job? Support and implement HR policies and procedures Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters Collaborate with management to promote a positive work environment What's Needed?
