To be able to perform all aspects of Respiratory Care to include but not limited to, vent, Bipap and Hi Flow management, blood gases, respiratory medication delivery etc.critical care experience.This Respiratory Therapist opportunity is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a community that blends classic charm with modern convenience. Respiratory Therapists here are part of a well-respected cardiopulmonary team that collaborates closely with critical care, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, anesthesia, and nursing. The facility features modern equipment and technology to support advanced respiratory interventions, including high-acuity ventilator management, non-invasive ventilation, and specialized therapies tailored to diverse patient populations.In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to adult and, depending on assignment, pediatric or neonatal patients across various care settings. Typical practice areas may include medical-surgical floors, intensive care units, step-down units, the emergency department, and procedural areas. A typical day involves assessing patients, developing and adjusting care plans, administering therapies, managing ventilators, performing arterial blood gas sampling and analysis, and documenting interventions in the electronic medical record. You will respond to rapid response and code situations, assist with airway management, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize respiratory status and patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Adult Licenses: RT-PA Certifications(At least one of the following): BLS, ACLS OR Certified Respiratory Therapist, Adult

Preferred Qualifications

To be able to perform all aspects of Respiratory Care to include but not limited to, vent, Bipap and Hi Flow management, blood gases, respiratory medication delivery etc. critical care experience.
