Job Description If someone has: Strong customer service experience Scheduling and calendar management experience Microsoft Office proficiency Administrative support experience Professional communication skills They could absolutely be successful in this role and may even provide a better candidate experience than someone who has only done recruiting coordination. For LG&E/PPL specifically, I'd target candidates coming from banks, healthcare systems, insurance companies, large corporate offices, universities, or staffing agencies where they're used to supporting multiple people and handling high volumes of communication. Ability to manage calendars, scheduling, and multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word). Strong computer skills and typing proficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Demonstrates urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
