Pay: $297 per 12-Hour Shift Job Type: 2-4 Days/week Home Care Aide (HCA) required Job Description SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley, award winning company of "Provider of Choice" and "Employer of Choice", is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide care for memory care/dementia patients in a supportive, home-based setting. Competitive pay and opportunity for growth with company if desired. This is a specific opportunity servicing our client with Dementia and Physical limitations in the South Bay. Duties include: Personal Care Feeding and light food prep Engaging client Taking notes and communicating with client's family and support team Maintaining What We're Looking For Kind, engaging, and reliable individuals Experienced working with seniors with dementia Strong personal care skills (ADLs) Strong communication skills and able to take accurate care notes Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
