Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Forklift Operator located in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating a forklift to process inbound and outbound shipment activities. Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Typical Day Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, dollies, or hand trucks in a safe manner. Verify the quality and count of all items unloaded from trucks and trailers; check against suppliers’ count and immediately report discrepancies to carriers, supervisor, and purchasing department per company policy. Notify supervisor of major discrepancies, over‑shipments, or substitutions. Stage received material and product in appropriate location. Create shipping and receiving receipts within system. Perform inspections on received material and product; document and refuse delivery if material and product does not meet quality standards. Maintain inventory management systems to ensure that orders are updated and that appropriate billing documents are provided to accounting or other associated departments, as required. Stage product in appropriate staging area for pick‑up by shipping carrier. Perform other related duties, as assigned. Required Experience and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience operating a forklift required. At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or any related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiar with cycle counting, picking and posting, and working with an MRP/ERP system. Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor. Benefits Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans. Life Insurance.
