Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP or eligibility (CFY welcome to apply)
• Experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
• Skilled in teletherapy and/or on-site service delivery
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and caseload management
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy for a caseload of 35–45 students
• Serve PreK–12th grades across multiple school settings
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teams, parents, and staff to support each student’s goals
• Adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs, including virtual sessions if needed
