Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service

Pay Rate: $15.20/hr with comprehensive benefits and free flights

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding and directing incoming and outgoing aircraft on the taxiway to ensure safe and timely gate operations.
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and transferring passenger baggage, cargo/freight, and company materials, some weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Driving ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and bag carts.
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure safe and on-time departures.
• Cleaning the interior of the aircraft and servicing lavatories.
• Greeting passengers, providing seamless check-in and ticketing experiences.
• Using reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and calculate fees.
• Communicating appropriate information to passengers about their trips and belongings.
• Resolving passenger issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Working in the Baggage Service Office to track baggage and handle passenger questions.

Qualifications

Requirements include:

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
• Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness and ability to work outside in variable weather conditions
• Interest in the airline industry
• Ability to communicate in a clear, polite, and friendly manner
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
