Warehouse Associate IKansas City Branch - Lenexa, KS 66215DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate I supports daily warehouse operations by performing basic material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory tasks. This role requires execution of standard warehouse tasks under supervision, learning processes, safety, and systems. Must be able to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy.Must be willing/able to obtain valid forklift certification issued by Packer FastenerFamiliarity of delivery territoryMust have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations –NetSuite hardware/software.Must make safety a priority.Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds.Must be able to participate in frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twistingMust have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
