Location: Richland Hills, TX Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Shift: 7 AM 3:30 PM | Monday Friday

• Accurately and efficiently enter data into company systems and databases
• Maintain, update, and organize records to ensure information remains current and accessible
• Review, verify, and audit data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
• Work independently to complete assignments promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Support team operations in a fast-paced office environment

Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

Proficiency with computers and basic office software, including Microsoft Office applications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Dependable, professional, and self-motivated work ethic

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
