2nd Shift Assembler Location: Kings Mountain, NC 28086
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM
Overtime: Saturday overtime may be available
Job Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position involves assembling building materials and components while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
- Assemble materials and components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Read and follow basic work instructions
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
- Work effectively as part of a production team
- Previous construction, manufacturing, or assembly experience is preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods
- Must be dependable and available for the full scheduled shift
- Must be willing to work Saturday overtime when needed
