1. Report to work at scheduled time
2. Maintain a clean, pleasant and professional image to the guest and wear proper uniform at all times. Keeping work area clean at all times
3. Assist servers in all aspects of table service
a. Re-Watering glasses
b. Pre-bussing tables
c. Running food
d. Replenishing silverware, linen
e. Polish silverware and glassware
f. Clear and reset table for next seating
4. Replenish all wait station supplies as needed and necessary
5. Complete any special cleaning projects as assigned
6. Clean up any breakage or accident immediately and inform Management
7. Follow and execute all side work duties
8. Maintain a “performance” attitude at all times with quick, efficient and unobtrusive assistance.
9. Communicate with manager on any issues with quality of food and beverage
10. Take ownership to the customer’s needs, do what is necessary to please the guest.
11. Provide assistance to other employees to contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant
