Registered Nurse Home Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in home care per visit to join our team at University Home Care Inc. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care during home visits, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Monitor patient progress and document all care provided accurately and timely.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to home care nursing.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proven experience working in home care settings performing per visit nursing services.
Kinner experience
Strong clinical skills and ability to assess patient needs in a home environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
