Full Time (RT) Respiratory Therapist - Up to $88,000/YR + Relocation Assistance

Full-Time Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Position in Safford, AZ. The role provides comprehensive respiratory care across acute, emergency, and critical care settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator support
• Perform patient assessments, monitor respiratory status, and respond to changes in condition
• Manage mechanical ventilators and assist with airway management
• Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and interpret results
• Provide emergency respiratory care in ER and ICU settings
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential required
• Active Arizona Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Preferred Skills:

• PALS certification preferred
• Acute care experience
• Emergency room (ER) and intensive care unit (ICU) support
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and airway management
• Proficiency in arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis
• Familiarity with critical access hospital environments
