Bernard Care Center LLC is a 141 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in St. Louis, MO that has immediate openings.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Support residents and team.
• Assist with daily operations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification:

• LPN
• We are currently seeking LPN that are interested in starting a long-term career with a facility that has one of a kind census. If you are looking for something new and challenging in your career, please stop by and see us. We have both geriatric and behavior management residents. Successful applicants must have an unencumbered LPN Missouri license and provide a good work effort, a team approach and excellent quality of care. Shifts are currently 12 hours and are available on both the Day and Evening.
