Manager, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components based on engineering and quality standards that satisfy our customer’s requirements. Working in tandem with the Roller Operators, the Assembler will ensure proper production levels are met, while always maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform day-to-day operational production assembly tasks, such as building conveyor rollers in preparation for further processing Work cross-functionally with other assembly stations Assist with basic machine operating functions Stocking and moving material correctly throughout the department Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experience Ability to lift, push & pull up to 50 lbs Ability to use basic hand tools OUR EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION: Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid paternal leave and paid time off Work in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammates $85 annual bonus applied toward mandatory steel/composite toe boots Solve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
