Job Description Junior Technician / Intern. This is a perfect position for a recent tech school graduate who is looking to get their shot at a very successful IT Company. As a member of our team, you will gain exposure to many different products and services and have potential for additional learning, growth, and advancement. Responsibilities Imaging of new PC’s/Tablets/Thin Clients Prep servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment for project team Assist Help Desk with Virus Removal tickets – following our step by step Task List Updating and verifying documentation in configurations and databases Handle shipping / receiving Qualifications Must have IT school certification or 1-year previous job experience in the field of Information technology. Must have awareness of desktop and laptop hardware components, operating system software, application software. Must have awareness of the Industry’s current and emerging technology trends. Must have a keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology. Must be able to speak and write clearly and efficiently. Must be able to follow direction and task lists as provided. CompTIA A+ and Network+ will be required within 1 year of hire. Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable.
