2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries Experience working in a fast‑paced environment Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person Commitment to helping others and working with a team Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends ARE YOU THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR? Always polite and professional, you answer phone calls, respond to questions, and inform customers about our various offerings.
