Position Summary Administer CTF operations for the federal payroll deduction and homeschool programs through accurate data management, compliant processes, high-level customer service, and careful cash management practices. Work collaboratively with the CTF leadership team and ACSI departments to further CTF efforts. This is a remote position performed from a home office anywhere in the contiguous United States. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Compensation and Benefits Starting Salary Range: $21-$23.50 per hour; based on work experience, education, training, knowledge, skills, and internal and external equity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and process payroll contribution files from ACSI and participating businesses, maintaining accuracy, compliance, timely submission, and recording of funds Complete quarterly payment reconciliations for all payroll deductions, verifying employer submissions, employee records, and remitted amounts against reports from payroll deduction providers Execute the day-to-day requirements of the federal homeschool and payroll deduction programs, ensuring effective service families, contributors, and homeschool partners Facilitate the full scholarship process for homeschool families from receipt of contributions through award allocation, disbursement of funds to student wallets, and approval of wallet expenses Oversee the transfer of student information from FACTs to ClassWallet for the creation of student wallets Assess and approve third-party vendors for the homeschool family wallet, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and the delivery of high-quality educational resources Ensure accurate recording of all financial activity; prepare and submit required reports to state and federal agencies and the ACSI finance department Maintain accurate financial records and prepare and submit required reports to state and federal agencies and the ACSI finance department Ensure adherence to state and federal tax credit regulations, maintain compliance standards, and support program certification and reporting requirements Oversee workflow processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and productivity; recommend and implement process improvements Manage and maintain integrated databases of contributors, family/student scholarship applicants and recipients, and homeschool partners. Develop documentation and training materials on database systems, workflows, and program processes in coordination with leadership Respond to inquiries from contributors, parents, homeschool partners, and vendors in a timely and professional manner Assist with policy review, website content updates, business application support, and coordination with CTF and ACSI teams to strengthen program effectiveness.
