Marketing Specialist

Our Commercial/Residential construction company is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead marketing efforts across our Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential divisions. You'll support sales, manage our digital presence, uphold brand standards, and develop new ways to reach target customers across the markets we serve.

What you'll get

  • $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you'll do

  • Develop marketing initiatives that directly support sales and business development.
  • Create strategies tailored to Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential customers.
  • Manage the company website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, project features, and company content.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards across the organization.
  • Identify creative new ways to reach customers and strengthen presence in each market.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for Marketing.
  • Manage marketing calendars, workflows, vendors, and outside partners.
  • Manage the internal apparel store and branded merchandise.
  • Track marketing performance and help determine where time and resources will have the greatest impact.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with strong digital marketing strategy skills.
  • Proven experience with social media management, email marketing campaigns, and website content management.
  • Solid understanding of brand management and standards enforcement.
  • Experience with creative content development and project management.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Construction, building materials, A&D, or residential interiors experience.
  • Marketing analytics and reporting expertise.
  • Workflow coordination experience.

You'll report to company leadership and work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
