Salary range: $70,000 - $83,500 per year (Based on Experience and license) + Benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of health professionals in Lima, Ohio. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care while providing clinical supervision, guidance, and professional development to licensed therapists, social workers, and clinical support staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership skills, experience in behavioral health services, and a commitment to improving outcomes for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and day-to-day oversight to licensed clinicians, therapists, social workers.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, treatment models, state licensing requirements, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
• Conduct clinical chart reviews, case consultations, and audits to maintain accurate documentation and quality of care.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff to support professional growth.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics, client outcomes, and compliance indicators.
• Collaborate with program leadership and quality improvement teams to improve service delivery and client engagement.
• Provide guidance on crisis intervention, complex cases, and high-risk situations.
• Promote evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and ethical clinical decision-making.
• Stay current with behavioral health best practices, regulatory updates, and professional licensing requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Active, independent Ohio clinical license in good standing:
• • LISW: Licensed Independent Social Worker
  • LPCC: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
• Valid Ohio driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a BCI background check, corporate compliance screenings, and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Expertise in behavioral health interventions, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor clinicians, manage clinical performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Primarily on-site at assigned treatment center locations.
• Travel requirements of up to 50%, depending on location and operational needs.
• Occasional travel for training, meetings, and staff coverage.
• Some evening or weekend hours may be required based on program needs.
