Full Desk Senior Technical Recruiter (High-Commission, Full-Time)
Location: Onsite — Short Hills, NJ
Compensation: Commission-Only with $200K+ OTE and high commission splits
Type: Full-Time (1099)
About the Role
We are hiring a top-performing recruiter for a full-time, commission-only role based onsite in Short Hills, NJ. This role is built for elite recruiters who want full autonomy and one of the strongest commission structures in the industry. Strong performers can realistically earn $200K+.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, and business roles
- Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates
- Manage pipelines from outreach through offer acceptance
- Submit candidates with clear summaries
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth process
- Maintain consistent communication and weekly updates
Requirements
2+ years experience in agency or in-house recruiting
Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
Highly independent, organized, and performance-driven
Comfortable in a commission-only structure
Startup or high-growth recruiting experience is a plus
Compensation
- High commission split on every placement
