About the Position

Facility Overview: Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses. Position Needed: PT Key Experience and Skills Required: Traditional outpatient PT experience. Patient Ratios / Productivity: Minimum of 50 visits per week. Evaluation Times: 60-minute evaluation blocks and 30-minute treatment blocks. Types of Cases Seen: Typical orthopedic diagnoses. Patient Population: Adult, pediatric (no toddlers/infants), geriatric, orthopedic, mild neuro, and sports medicine patients. Years of Experience Preferred: N/A New Graduates Accepted: No. Preferred Start Date: 12/14/2026 Schedule Details: 40 hours per week with no weekend expectations. Schedule Structure: 5x8s preferred but may be flexible. Clinic Hours: Monday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM; Tuesday 9:00 AM 7:00 PM; Wednesday 7:30 AM 2:30 PM; Thursday 9:00 AM 7:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM 2:30 PM; Saturday Sunday Closed. Documentation System: NextGen.
