About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on SVP/VP, Finance to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. This senior leadership position demands a finance executive with a proven track record in FP&A or a related field, particularly within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to senior leadership, adept at translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business performance. Key responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, owning P&L performance, and leading a high-performing FP&A organization. The role also involves evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives, optimizing financial systems, and playing a significant part in M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial modeling, analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in M&A, transactional diligence, and investor-facing work is highly valued.
