Senior Controller

I'm partnering with a highly respected, physician-owned healthcare organization in Dallas that is seeking a Senior Controller to join its executive leadership team. The role also partners closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and participates in Board-level reporting and presentations. This is not a purely strategic position. The ideal candidate enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working through details, and maintaining ownership of the accounting function while helping guide the organization's financial direction. Ideal Background: 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience within a multi-entity environment Multi-location or healthcare experience strongly preferred Experience with physician compensation models, healthcare revenue cycle, or complex ownership structures is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Controller who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to join a stable, highly respected organization with exceptional leadership and long-term growth plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
