Our client seeks a Product Manager to own and evolve the CDP platform. The role blends platform strategy with hands-on ownership of the current CDP ecosystem, including Redpoint and audience operations. The Product Manager will balance day-to-day stability and support with a roadmap toward modern personalization, orchestration, and activation capabilities.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $57.00 to $68.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Own the CDP platform end to end across current operations and future-state evolution.

• Maintain and improve Redpoint through backlog management, enhancements, and prioritization.

• Define and drive new capabilities for personalization, orchestration, and activation.

• Align platform direction with business and marketing needs.

• Coordinate with vendors and optimize platform usage.

• Stabilize the current platform and support campaign teams and audience operations.

• Drive clarity and structure across backlog and in-flight work.

• Collaborate on data modeling with Snowflake and data dictionary stakeholders.

• Contribute to build versus buy decisions for the platform strategy.

Experience Requirements:

• Product management experience owning a marketing or data platform, preferably a CDP.

• Hands-on experience operating and improving current-state platforms such as Redpoint or similar.

• Track record defining roadmaps for personalization, orchestration, and activation use cases.

• Experience partnering with marketing, data, and engineering stakeholders.

• Vendor coordination and backlog management experience.

• Exposure to data modeling concepts and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.

• Ability to operate at different altitudes, from execution and operations to strategy.
