Handles incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail, using both manual and automated methods.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Sorts inbound mail, parcels, and time-sensitive packagesScans accountable items into databasePicks up outbound materials from Terminix business units and internal departments, including interoffice mail.Processes outbound automated First Class Mail and express shipmentsScans returned invoices and statements into databases.What do you need?High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - requiredAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but routine, written or verbal instructionsDetail oriented with good organizational skillsDependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environmentAbility to prioritize scheduled tasks according to timeline commitmentsMust pass pre-employment background screenWhy Choose Us?
