R+L Carriers has immediate openings for a Full-Time Forklift Operator Lead at our Scranton, PA Service Center to unload and load trailers. Successful candidates for this position must possess a good work ethic, maintain a good attendance record, work well with others as part of a team, and excel in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Previous leadership, warehouse & forklift experience in a fast-paced, LTL environment is necessary
• Able to read manifests, supervise dock workers, and work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must have good loading and unloading skills.
• Previous forklift experience needed

Preferred:

• Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment
• Some LTL experiences
