QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN – HANDS-ON & FAST-PACED OPPORTUNITY!

RPM Staffing is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join a hardworking manufacturing/warehouse team! If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in producing quality products, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect finished aluminum truss and fabricated components for quality and workmanship
  • Wrap, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Grind and sand aluminum truss and components as needed
  • Clean and prepare products for final inspection and shipping
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude
