Join us and be part of something bigger helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time./ppPrimary Job Duties Responsibilities/pulliMaintains distribution operations through daily maintenance, cleaning, and general repairs of warehouse facilities and equipment./liliCollects feedback from management and participates in discussions around improvement projects and activities./liliCommunicates in collaboration with department managers on instruction to ensure that associates are following training and safety standards./liliCompiles electronic records on maintenance projects within the distribution facility; provides status updates on project completion./liliMonitors the ongoing maintenance and service of equipment, forklifts, and/or vehicles within the distribution facility./liliObserves the distribution team and working conditions to determine if recommendations can be made to improve operations./liliOrganizes facilities for the distribution department and conducts preventive maintenance activities./liliPerforms work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments and follows routine maintenance schedules./liliDocuments schematics to help maintenance technicians navigate through projects for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems./li/ulpEducation/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required./liliPrevious Specialized/Technical Training Required within some or all of the following areas:/liulliLow Volt/High Volt Electrical/liliMechanical/liliPneumatic/liliHydraulics/liliHeavy Equipment Repair/liliLock Out/Tag Out/liliWelding/liliBlueprints/li/ulliPrior Relevant Work Experience 2+ Years/li/ulpPay Range Determined with Previous Experience/ppEssential Qualifications/pulliBasic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills/liliAbility to Work on a Team/liliSafety-Orientated Mindset/liliAbility to Work in a Fast Paced Environment/liliReliable and Accountable/li/ulpAdditional Qualifications/pulliAbility to read, write and count accurately/liliAbility to lift 40+ lbs./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/liliGood written and verbal communication skills/liliKnowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)/liliAbility to maintain predictable and reliable attendance/liliYou should be comfortable working in warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyors/liliAbility to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines/li/ulpAnticipated Weekly Hours/pp40/ppTime Type/ppFull time/ppPay Range/ppThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$17.00 - $25.65/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
