- Conduct prescreening on potential cases like investigating claims
- Drafting pleadings, motions, orders and filing in both state and federal court
- Proofread work for content, accuracy of copy, format, grammar, punctuation and syntax
- Creating trial notes books and mediation binders including all critical information
- Other Administrative duties as assigned
- 3-5 years minimum previous litigation experience required
- Experience requesting medical records and preparing in depth medical summaries
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills along with effective interaction skills
- Must have in depth understanding of legal terms and NM court rules & procedures
