We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority…helping their clients move forward in life! We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients. Location: (Hybrid) 2101 S Arlington Heights Rd Ste 116, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 In this role you will: Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional) Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures Participate in organizational trainings and professional development Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis Perks and Benefits: Compensation: Partially Licensed:$45-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure Part Time (12hrs+) or Full Time (24+ attended sessions requirement). Optional to candidate preference Bonus potential - optional for full-time employees 401k match up to 4%

Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial: Family-focused therapy Multi-systemic therapy
